Takedown Policy

2. Reporting Infringements

2.5 Statement under Penalty of Perjury: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

4. Action upon Receipt of Takedown Notice
Upon receiving a complete and valid takedown notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing or violating content. We may also notify the user who posted the content about the takedown request.
5. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly taken down and you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter notification. The counter notification should include:
5.1 Your Contact Information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5.2 Identification of the Removed Material: Clearly identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
5.3 Good Faith Statement: State, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
6. Repeat Infringers
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this takedown policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the website.
